5:15am. No Chippy, but 3 PAX for the Pre Run. We revisited the hallowed 5pts loop from the days of old. YHC has never seen Leandro so excited to see new territory.

5:45am. 11 PAX at the ready for F3 Raleigh’s first and finest week day boot-camp. Although there was a slight chance of Rain in the forecast, Munson made an appearance. Myrtle did not #nosurprise

Warm up:

Jog up to the stone circle: 30x SSH, 15x Good Mornin’s, 15x Imperial Walkers, 10x Mericans IC

Jog to the upper field for…

The Thang:

The Grinder: basically a sandwich of 3 sets of 11’s.

  • Run to far side of the field. 10 Mericans, 10 WW2’s, and 10 squats
  • Run back: 1 Carolina Dry docks, 1 Heels to heaven, 1 Monkey Humper
  • 9:2, 8:3, and so on, and so on
  • When PAX finish, run laps around field until all are complete

Staying on our side of the fence:

  • Peoples Chair, BTTW, Peoples Chair, BTTW (5 counts all the way down)

Sprint-o-Burpee-o-rama

  • Sprint the full length of the field, 5 Burpees, Sprint back, Amrap LBC’s while we wait and then some
  • Repeato w/ 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Burpees

Mary: Jog back down to the VSF. 20 Rosalitas, 20 Freddie Mercs, and of course 20 American Hammers
