It was a good morning to kick off the first workout in the 2nd year of The Crick. 11 PAX showed and we were off to the races. So named by the PAX, we pulled out the ever popular Route Sixty Sucks this morning. Things warmed up pretty quickly after that.

Warm Up

Brisk run around the large loop covering both fields.

 

The Thang:

20 Good Morning

10 Sir Fazio Arm Circles each way

40 Side Straddle Hops

30 Merkins

20 Imperial Squat Walkers

20 Slow Wind Mills

20 Mountain Climbers

 

Thang 2:

Partner up at the Jungle Gym

Partner 1 does 20 Box Jumps (on a safe/smooth wall)

Partner 2 does 10 Pull Ups on the Gym…then Flap Jack

Round II

Partner 1 does 20 Dips while partner 2 does 10 Pull Ups

Thang 3:

Route Sixty Sucks

Start a the first Light Pole on the corner with 1 Burpee, then jog the large outside loop around the school adding and additional Burpee at each new Light Pole. Between pole 7 and 8 we ran the long stretch doing Karaoke, High Steps and then a Bear Crawl to pole 8…resume with Burpees. We finished on pole 11 with 11 Burpees and a total of 66 Burpees in all.

 

Plank it out with Putin’s, Chilcutt’s ad Sarkozy’s.

 

Thang 3:

People’s Chair passing a quite large stone down the line. Pax did 2 curls each down the line, dropped 3” and then did 2 curls and 2 OH press coming back.
