In usual style, I didn’t have a hard and fast plan for what we would do today, just a basic idea or two that should get us through the morning. It actually turned out pretty good with help from the Agoge PAX!

Warmup:
SSH x 25
Imperial Walkers x 25
Standard Merkins x 20
Windmills x 15
Mountain Climbers x 25

The Thang:
Warmup lap around Patterson Hall.
In turn, each of the 10 PAX picks an exercise. YHC calls cadence for each(most) exercise then we do a lap around Patterson Hall. Plank-o-rama until everyone finishes lap.

Star Jumps 20 OYO (crowd pleaser, thanks Moonshine!), run a lap

Each PAX got a chance to run through the line twice! Strong planking there men!

Moleskin:
Great group this morning. It was good to see Bertie and Nomad back after an absence, and for Diego to EH his buddy Netscape. Strong work for an FNG!
Keep letting your brothers know how much they need F3! Don’t let them make excuses and miss out. Send them here if they have excuses. http://f3nation.com/top-five-eh-excuses/

As always, it was a pleasure to lead you fine men, and I couldn’t be more honest about it. There’s not a whole lot in this world that I enjoy more than your fellowship!
