A pax of 10 including one FNG came out for the sequel to Quarters I. It took place at Juggs and was called Quarters II – Electric Boogaloo.
Warm Up:
Jog around the parking lot
SSH x 25
Good Mornings x 15
The Thang:
Mosey to the rock pile on the entrance road and choose a traveling rock.
Mosey with the rock across the road into Shannon Woods. Every quarter mile stop and do a set of exercises. Those who were in Quarters I found it familiar.
Burpees x 10
Prisoner Squats x 10
Plank Squats x 5
We also mixed in a rock exercise x 25 – Curls, Tricep Extensions, Overhead Press
We crossed back into Baileywick Park and the misery continued. As an added bonus we continued around the greenway onto the dirt trail behind the baseball fields.
One group of 5 went up the dirt hill twice while the other group did monkey humpers, then back on the run for more Quarters.
Back to the rock pile to drop our rocks, then recover on the run to the parking lot for….
