CBIR to bottom, 15 squat jumps. CBIR to Edwards Mill, 15 box cutters. CBIR to bottom, 15 merkins. Run back up to top, back into park, to b-ball courts.

Bear crawl court 1, sprint court 2. Gorilla crawl court 2, sprint court 1. Crab walk court 1, sprint court 2. Broad jump to center.
