Moleskin: After sliding on my back down the hill during LBC’s the lesson is to do these next time on the bottom of the hill. I also should have employed partners to hold our feet and done situps. However the slapping legs down on the hill provided an unexpected balance workout when I had two guys holding onto my legs.
