11s up the grade; Burpees at the top; prisoner squats at the bottom.
Mid-mosey to the parking deck, Allied Barton Contract Security Professional attempted to interdict, but the PAX would have none of it. Situation deescalated; the beatdown resumed.
Two sets of two sets: People’s chair and BTTW.
Mosey to the Captrust Tower Parking Deck, counted off to 1s & 2s.
1s did 33 LBCs while 2s ascended to top of the deck. Once summited, 2s wheel-barrowed to far wall for 33 Merkins. Flapjack to stairway and descend for 2s’s turn at LBCs, while 1s followed up the stairways for same exercise.
The PAX had more push than the clock had minutes, so once 1s returned we cut last two sets short in favor of a no-expense paid round trip up and down the stairwell.
Mosey back to point and place of beginning for Mary. One set on Freddie Mercury’s invisible bike to EndEx.
