5 Pax left Roanoke Park for a 4 mile journey to Daniels Middle.

Run up Fairveiw to Oberlin, then down the hill to Daniels.  The group stopped off in the upper parking lot for a round of merkins and squats.  Curb Merkins 15 incline, 12 right hand on the curb, 12 decline, 12 left hand on the curb.  Squats 20 prisioner squats, 20 more with right foot on the curb and 20 more with left foot on the curb. From there we moved on down to the field for a 50yd Bear Crawl.  Start at the Stay Off the Field sign and crawl to the other Stay Off the Field sign.  Message received, so we moved over the the bleachers for split squats and dips.  3 rounds – 8 squats each leg and 15 dips, 6 squats/leg and 12 dips, 5 squats/leg and 9 dips.  We recovered on the run back to the front of the school and over to the main stairs.  Time for the stair irkin ladder – 5 irkins with feet on 1st step, then move up a step, 5 more irkins, repeat until we peak on fourth step, then work our way back down to step 1.  Total of 35 irkins.  With arms spent we embarked on the return leg down Oberlin to Glenwood and back to Roanoke Park.

Ended up just over 4 miles covered, per Screech’s fancy watch.  Good Times.
