The last two weeks have been slightly under a 10K so we are going to restore the average┬áthis week. This one is simple only two turns so you shouldn’t get lost:

  • Out of the mall, head up the hill on Glennwood (sidewalk is on the left)
  • Left on Duraleigh
  • Left on Edwards Mill
  • COT at Starbucks

Starting times:

  • 5:26: 9-8:30 min/mile
  • 5:30: 8:30-8 min/mile
  • 5:34: Sub 8 min/mile
