Report to the parking lot at 5:30AM. Circle up for quick warm-up. Partner up. Run down the blue loop, stay straight at the water fountain, head down the hill to the base of the 440 bridge hill. Run up the 440 bridge hill to the opposite end of the 440 bridge.

 

6 burpees. Run back to the other end of the bridge. 1 pull up. Run back to the other end of the bridge. 5 burpees….you are doing a set of 7’s across the bridge. When you finish with your 1 pull up, run down the 440 bridge hill, bear right and head down the gravel trail, and then up the long winding gravel trail to the top, next to the whirly flag thingy.

 

20 partner derkins each. Continue up the blue loop, thru the rings, and halt at the top of the grassy hill.

 

Start with 10 partner clap merkins. run to the bottom of the hill 1 WW-Bro. Back to the top of the grassy hill. 9 partner clap merkins, back down to the bottom…2 WW-Bros. You are doing a set of 11’s…

 

If you finish your 11s before 6:10, then you are a stud. For the reggies that are still doing fitness at 6:10, report back to the main parking lot.
