This Saturday marks another milestone. On a rainy March 3rd, 2012 at Pullen Park F3 was born in Raleigh. 728 days later there are 19 additional workouts with number 20 starting in mid-March, not counting the ones now well established in the neighboring towns of Chapel Hill and Durham. Lots of new faces, friendships, events and it doesn’t feel like it’s only been this long.

We’ll plant flags this weekend to celebrate in a way only an F3 guy would understand is fun. Above is last year’s group, post to be a part of the 2014 PAX. We’ll be in good hands with the Q crew, just make sure you come ready.

Start Time: 7am (if you want to Ruck, show up at 6:15)

End Time: COT will wrap around 8:15

Afterwards: Group photo and then Cup-A-Joes at Mission Valley. Meet at Dufresne’s to visit and take a group picture at 9:15 am for those who are able

What to bring: Yourself, a FNG, a kotter, your shovel flag if you have one, and your F3 gear

What to do now: Reply below with your HC to attend
