Well… It was time to pay the piper.  All that good food and drink was needing to be worked off.  13 PAX braved the 34-degree weather with stories of good food and a few workouts during the holiday. No FNG’s so the now customary disclaimer of “Shake it, don’t break it” was given.  We set off for an easy community run to our warm-up spot in the parking lot.

Transition:  School Lap (OYO, your best pace run around school, 15 mercans @ far BB court, ending in a weave through the parking lot)

Announcements:  Cinderella discussed the Old Testament 5 workouts starting on the 12th,  Grady reminded us about the Third F bible study at Forum Panera at noon today,  Paper Cut reminded us about Haven House AO.
Prayer Request:  Manram asked to lift him up regarding upcoming work decisions.  Cinderella asked to lift up co-worker undergoing heart and various health issues.  Grady led us out in prayer.
Good workout for all PAX.  Have a great week.
