The Thang:
Partner up and run with logs over to the playground parking lot. Partner #1 sprints up the hill while carrying the log, Partner #2 starts off doing a named exercise. When Partner #1 gets back, flapjack…
Round 1 – 60 Pull Ups | Round 2 – 120 Merkins | Round 3 – 240 LBCs
Jog up the hill with your log to the field.
- Curls x10
- Bent Rows x10
- Shoulder Press x10
- Triceps Extension x10
Repeat 3x, then 10 burpees OYO
Partner back up. Partner #1 runs with log, while Partner #2 does reps of a named exercise. When Partner #2 is done, he sprints to catch Partner #1, then flapjack until you get back to the starting line.
Round 1 – 10 Merkins | Round 2 | 20 LBCs
Jog over to the community center wall.
- Partner #1 does 10 Squat Jumps, while Partner #2 does BTW. Flapjack until you reach 40 cumulative.
- Partner #1 does 20 LBCs, while Partner #2 does People’s Chair. Flapjack until you reach 80 cumulative.
Jog over to carousel for Mary.
