The Thang
Mosey to the playground. Split into 7 groups of 2 for two circuits of pain. Rotate counter clockwise after Twosome 1 completes pull-ups:
- Twosome 1: 20 pull-ups each for circuit 1. Circuit 2 – 15 pull-ups.
- Other 6 twosomes do the following while twosome 1 cranks out their pull-ups:
Jump squats
Inverted Rows on swings
Wide-grip merkins
Carolina drydocks
Dips
Derkins
Recovery lap
Mini plank-o-rama
To everyone’s chagrin, Brick decides to do a mini-merkin pyramid (only up to 10) before Mary. It wasn’t that bad…
