Main Event –
Head for the hills – w/partners – 3 Sets – Bear Crawl up and Crawl Bear down with: Plank, Chill Cut and then Dry Doc
21’s (AKA “9+10” SW math) – with Merkins and Squats with Bear Crawl and Lung Walks in between. Not able to complete all with so much chatter…
Wall Work – 3 Sets with 2 Groups of BTTW (2 regular, last one with Australia Mountain Climbers) while other group did Star jumps @ 10 count I/C
Mary – 25 count I/C
