YHC had a plan in the works…..after the election turned out like all the pundits said it would, there would be a Green Flash Pantsuit Revolution. Then things turned out differently but instead of putting on sweatpants from here on out, YHC decided to get ready to wear that pantsuit anyway!
With a PAX of 16, we got started. No FNGs, disclaimer was given: Disclaimer
Circle up to warm up:

Time for a Circle Burp (some mumble chatter here about some other word, YHC ignored it and explained): everyone does high knees and each of the PAX says down, everyone drops and does a burpee then back to high knees until all done. Now we are warm.
The PR THANG:
Jog to the front parking lot on Six Forks. Partner up and complete the following with your partner to get your legs pantsuit ready:
100 Burpees, 100 Star Jumps and 100 Jump Ups while the partner runs around the circle driveway where the flagpoles are.
When done do some plank exercises with Duff until the PAX is back together. Time for the Al Gore: squat hold while hugging a tree and listen to some stories about the electoral college and DOD funding!
That was great leg work, but you need a trim waist and strong chest for a pantsuit: 100 merkins and 200 LBCs. Another Al Gore until everyone is finished.
At this point the PAX was feeling pretty good but nobody wants to have to use shoulder pads with a pantsuit so we jogged to the hill going down to the backside of the school and did two rounds of: crabwalk up the hill, bear crawl down and do 10 carolina dry docks.
The PAX was had so much energy left over from the revolution fizzling out on election Tuesday that we were ahead of time. So we ran to the track and with your partner amrap LBCs and ran the track doing 10 partner WWII situps in between.
Back to the parking lot where we finished with another Circle Burp. YHC wanted to make sure everyone was satisfied.
No time for Mary! YHC knows there are many nervous people out there who may feel left out in their own country, with that in mind this verse came to mind:
