July 21, 1969.  47 years ago (like YHC).  Neil Armstrong is first man on the moon and proclaims “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”  Another lesser known quote of his is “I believe every human has a finite number of heartbeats; I don’t intend to waste any of mine.”

Words to live by.

So let’s use some heartbeats:

Warmup in parking lot (SSH, Good Mornings, Mountain Climbers, One Legged Fazio Arm Circles x20)

Partner Up – Speed Matters, Size Doesn’t

Jog to Top of Hill by lounging statue

We will do multiple orbits with several appropriate exercises along the (Milky) way.

Start at lounging statue with 10 burpees.  Run to rings for 20 star jumps. Run around Dojo and to right around lake.  Stop at bridge for 30 Mericans.  Run to Bottom of grass hill do 40 Freddie Mercuries (2 count).  Lunge walk up to lounging statue.  Repeato until 6:03 upon which we will return together to the parking lot for Mary.  Stopped along the way for some Neil Armstrong quotes.

May we each make one small step toward a giant leap for mankind.

See you in the morning, freaks……
