YHC spent all night thinking about how to honor the amazing Olympic athletes with a cool Rio 2016 theme, and then remembered the old saying, “keep it simple stupid”.
Warmup (all cadence count): 20 SSH, 10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Windmills, 10 Merkins, 20 Mountain Climbers
The Thang:
Quick run around the Southern Village Center to the parking garage, and commence Cindy’s (5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 WWIIs -vs. squats…hey we needed ab work- and a 1/4 mile run). Rinse. Repeat. For 25 minutes.
Finished things off with travelling burpees back up to our starting spot in SV.
