16 PAX for some Saturday off campus & chain link intense training at The Crick.  No FNGs, everyone excited so we were off!

Warmup:  25 SSH, 10 GM, 25 IW, 15 SFAC, 10 Seal Claps, 10 reverse SFAC

The Workout:

Army crawls/bear crawls on “down” command, walking lunges on “up” command across field until all weary, then mosey off campus to medical building past Walgreens

Divide into odds/evens.  Odds to location 1 for 20 sumosquats, back home for 5 double merkin burpees then to location 2 for 20 diamond merkins back for 5 double merkin burpees.  Evans do the reverse.  2nd round- 20 monkey humpers, 20 wide grip merkins.  3rd round- 20 lunges, 20 LBCs.

Mosey to Walgreens parking lot for Chain Link (follow the leader but stagger start with YHC as leader):  PTL with star jumps at tip, run to bus loop at school, 20 carolina dry docs, backwards run around loop, 25 LBCs, side slide to rails, climb around building on rails, 25 LR stepups at picnic table folllowd by 20 dips, People’s chair at school wall until all PAX completed.

Rock Work:  20 rock curls, 20 OH press, 20 BO row, 20 TC extension, 20 merkins & repeat.

Mary:  Modified Poke the Holes, Danas, American Hammer, Plank until exhaustion!
