17 faithful Churham PAX and 3 Triangle brothers posted for the official launch of Chapel Hill’s first Thursday morning beatdown.  In an effort to showcase the new AO and beatdown possibilities, Walt and I gave the PAX a bit of tour around OCL.

Warm Up:  Jog Up the steep hill and around the Raptor Campus to the field.  Typical warm up SSH, Arm Circles, Long Slow Merkins X30, Windmills.

Playground:  PAX divide into groups of 3 (1 group with 4) and 6 circuits of pain.  The team doing pull ups will signal a clockwise exercise change when they complete.  Circuit 1  Pull Ups X20, Inverted Rows on Swing Set, Wide Grip Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Traveling Merkins, Jump Squats.  Rinse and Repeat except round 2 limit pull ups to 10.

To The Field:  Partner up for some relays.  1 partner does exercise while other sprints the field and back and switch.  4 minutes for LBC’s then switch and 4 minutes for Merkins.  A lot of sprinting, crunches, and merkins.

With no rest we moseyed around the school to the walls of pain.  PAX line up on the limitless rows of Wall.  20 box jumps/20 derkins rinse and repeat X5.
