31 Pax dominated the 6 stages of the Falcon Friday am.

In celebration of all the Pax getting their 6 pack (6 days in a row of F3 beat downs) we had 6 different stages to the Thang.

warm up – usual stuff

stage 1 – split into two groups at end zone corners of the track – sprint to opposite corners for 20 merkins and 20 air squats for total of 4 stops/2 laps around track

split in three groups:

stage 2 mosey up the hill to main student entrance and bear crawl down

Stage 3 20 dips and 20 lunges x3 on

stage 4 traveling merkins up the back driveway

(rotate through 2-4 stations when stage 3 is ready)

stage5 – suicide runs – no cones or lines – turn when Panini does

stage 6 traveling merkins – 10 merkins right, 10 to the left x2
