New Mexico had a last minute bail with a sick 2.0. We all understand and know that we are here to support one another. The next man steps up and leads the way. We hope there is a fast recovery in the Barker household. The PAX came to play this morning and Brony and Yosef were ready to take them for a ride.

‘Wall Work’

PAX headed over to the wall for some called exercises with no or minimal rest in between…

‘The Square’

PAX head to the tennis courts, but grab a decent sized rock on the way. Each PAX picks a corner of a tennis court to begin. They will walk forward, lateral, backward, lateral around the ½ tennis court while doing a given exercise with their rock. At each corner they will stop and complete a called exercise.

Round 1: Shoulder Press/10 Merkins

Round 2: Bicep Curls/20 WWII

Round 3: Bent Over Row/10 Squats

Brony led the PAX through some ab shredding exercises to wrap things up.
