Partner up – size matters

Partner carry to the bottom of the hill leading up to Nations Bank. Flapjack when needed.
Once arrived, plank until PAX arrives

Before you begin, 25 burpees!

Jacob’s Ladder: Burpees at the top, run back and do Prisoner Squats at the bottom. Plank until everyone is done.
20 Burpees/ 5 Prisoner Squats
15 Burpees/ 10 Prisoner Squats
10 Burpees / 15 Prisoner Squats
5 Burpees / 20 Prisoner Squats

Plank when you’re done.

Lunge walk to the bank then bear crawl to the top of the ramp leading to Target. Run to the 2nd level of the deck.

People’s chair until the PAX arrives

Everyone line up against the wall, run to opposite side of garage and perform exercise
High knee run (touch knees) with 20 Merkins
Karaoke with 20 LBC’s
Sprint with 20 WWII Situps

Plank until PAX done. Recover and mosey to JCP

6 inch leg holds and count to 5 around the circle
