Keeping it simple with a few goals remembering how important a good partner is. I was looking to get between 2.5 and 3 miles in as I had my son Savoy run the course the night before in the dark to make sure we could be done on time. He ran .42 miles in just over 3 minutes so I thought we could pull it off. And we did with limited mumblechatter. Bert showed up to cheer me on with a little hitch in his giddyup. He manned up and pushed Airbag to a fine finish. I know many of you were worried about a lot of calisthenics but that will be next time 😜

WARM UP

A couple laps around the parking lot with some skipping, C-skipping, butt kickers, and high knees for good measure. Circle up for seven’s of good morning’s, merkin’s and side straddle hops NB style. Then we were off and running.

Partner up

With your partner run 14 laps around the baseball feilds ( 7 each ) 2.5/3 mile of road work in with partner Merkin’s when you met up with your partner.

Jog to rock pile. Rock row, rock overhead extension, rock curls, and front raises. Sets of 7

Not sure all characterizations below were spot on.

Looking back at my first Q. It was shaky, not having a complete grasp of lingo or procedure. Also my voice was not in ship shape, but that just leaves me room for improvement.
