  • Jog around track then down to lower circle
  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Mountain Climber x 25 IC
  • Good Mornings x 15 IC

The Thang (11’s)

  • Split into Groups, Group 1 Does 10 Box Jumps on Bleachers, then 1 Derkin (then 9/2, 8/3, etc.)
  • Group 2 Does same with Pullups and Star Jumps (admittedly, most of us doing pullups only made it to the 5/6 split)
  • Slow jog to upper field to do work on the hill
  • An attempt was made to do 11’s here with standard merkins, then crawl bears up the hill.  After a couple of rounds, an audible changed the crawl bear to backpeddling, which was still hard but actually feasible.
  • Slow jog back to parking lot for Mary

Moleskin

High humidity played a big role this morning.  This is one of those workouts that will probably not be remembered as epic, but it was tough and made us all a little tougher and stronger.  I think most were completely soaked from head to toe.  Prayers to Banana Seat’s friend Brandon who had a very bad leg injury wakeboarding.  Normal routine, we were out!
