15 Men Finished the week out strong in South Wake with a Mucho Chesto session.  Stark capped his 45th day straight in the gloom

Jogged over to opposite parking lot for warm up.  20 side straddle hops, 30 sir fazio arm circles.  Warm enough to jump right into the workout at this point

YHC spent some time on the F3 exercises page and found a few to try out.  The first is credited to an occasional Cletus attendee, Shut In, and he coined it the Circle Burp.  Pax form a circle and do high knees while each man, one by one, calls out “down” and the Pax do a burpee.  15 burpees and some high knees later we moved on to a round of Jack Webbs using a 1 to 3 ratio of merkins to hallelujahs.  Pyramid from 1 up to 10 merkins and 3 up to 30 hallelujahs and back down from 10 & 30 to 1 & 3.  100 merkins and 300 hallelujahs later we moved onto the meat of the workout.  A round of Blackjack.  1 Squat, run about 75 yds, 20 merkins, run back 2 squats, run back 19 merkins, so on with the total of each set adding up to 21 each time.  Had to cut BlackJack off early to leave a little time for Mary.  We were down to about 8 merkins and up to 13 squats.  Finish out with round of mary using an alternating format between plank holds and ad exercises like box cutters, freddie mercurys, etc.
