24 PAX showed up in warmer temperatures for a beautiful morning at the Vortex. Today’s theme was to keep moving.

Warmup:
Lap around field, SSH, Windmill, Willie Mays Hayes, Squats, Merkins, Slow merkins

The Thang:
Lineup along one side of the field for 20 minutes of constant movement. PAX will go back and forth continuously as YHC calls out the method of travel. Began with bear crawl, then lunge walk, then run, then duck walk, then crab walk, then run, then crawl bear, then frog jumps and lastly travelling burpees. YHC also periodically calls out to do 10 burpees where you are.

Mosey to corner of field for four corners. First corner – 10 burpees. 2nd corner – 10 burpees, 15 merkins. 3rd corner – 10 burpees, 15 merkins, 20 jump squats. 4th corner – 10 burpees, 15 merkins, 20 jump squats, 25 WWII’s.

3 minute plank repeating 20 mountain climbers and 5 merkins.
