A group of 15 showed for Cletus after a strong week of workouts in South Wake.  A few of the PAX decided to show for EC, soon to learn that was a mistake.  Just before we were set to start a bike rider showed up, welcome FNG (Banana Seat).

The Thang

The PAX will complete a mile run, fun, and pain around the park track.  As we moseyed up the track to get started the Q put on the brakes.  The first stop of the fun run was Broad Jump Burpies up a hill planking at the top until everyone completes.  The mile fun run continues.  Next stop, sand volleyball court.  Partner up and wheelbarrow along the edge of the court in the sand. As the first group reaches the net the next group proceeds.  The rest of the PAX is in plank hold with shoulder touches.  The mile fun run continues.  Detour… Down to the concession stand wall next to the ball fields.  Time for Ascending Testicles, starting at 15 degrees X10, 45 degrees X 10, 90 degrees X 10.  The mile fun run continues.  Next stop, bear crawl up the hill and down.  At the bottom of the hill 40 rotating squat jumps.  The mile fun run continues in the form of an Indian Run down to the playground.  Everyone grab a monkey bar for pull ups and hang until you need to fall.  Rinse and Repeat.  The final leg of the mile was a sprint around the track to the tennis courts.
