I am not sure what the deal was with Riggs this morning, but thanks to Chachi for settling him down. I think Riggs wanted to Q. It was a great morning for pain. A long run to the field and we were off. After a brief disclaimer, warm up was:

SSH x 25
WMH x 10
Squats x 10
Mountain climbers x 10
merkins x 10

The group then headed to the track for a little running. Sprint 100, 20 merkins, bear crawl 100, 20 merkins, sprint 100, 20 merkins, bear crawl 100, 20 merkins. Next up was a backwards run for 100, 20 LBC, walking lunge 100, 20 LBC, backwards run 100, 20 LBC, and finally walking lunge 100, 20 LBC. We went to our favorite hill. Partner carry to the circle, 20 combined merkins, keep going to the traffic arm, 20 merkins, back down, 2o merkins, and finally back down. We were out of time so one last sprint to the traffic arm and back over to the parking lot.
