A great way to start off the week.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to lead again.  After gathering in the parking lot, we discovered a FNG who found Mutiny as the closest workout to him.  Glad to have you Focker!

Warm Up:

  • Jog around track, gather in center of field
  • Side Straddle Hop x 25
  • Imperial Walkers x 25
  • Alabama Ass Kickers x 10
  • High Knee Up Downs x 10

The Thang: Dora 123 with concrete blocks (yes, 3rd week in a row, changing up the exercises)

  • 100 Squat Thrusts Combined Total (w/block overhead) while partner runs length of soccer field and back carrying block
  • 200 Curls while partner runs lap around the track while carrying block
  • 300 Tricep Extensions while partner bear crawls 20 yds past cones then sprint to fence, sprint back to cones and bear crawl home
  • Finish with 2 Laps of Merkin Applesauce

Mary

  • WWI Situps x 20 OYO
  • Chillcut Plank-o-rama, 10 count for each Pax

Moleskin: After 3 Mondays in a row with a Dora / concrete block combo, I thought the workout would become easier.  However, the bellows and groans that filled the morning air symbolized the difficulty of the Dora blockfest, but also provided needed inspiration.  When planning a workout, sometimes one must refer to the F3 Exercise list; I will probably skip over Alabama Ass Kickers next time.  During COT, more obstacle / mud run discussions lead me to believe that there are a lot of events that are available for participation if you so desire.  Several pax have their own event plans.  Prayers to Yosef, his M and 2.0s.
