YHC came to FOD this am with his hat in hands. One legit missed Q and the other due to a sick 2.0 (but gave notice), at this site is cause for some razzing. YHC wanted to make things right, especially since frequent Q’s elsewhere don’t seem to be a problem. In any event, this is Ma Bell’s baby and a man that YHC has a lot of respect for, so there was no wasn’t any way YHC was going to drop the ball this time. Some actual thought was given and some prep on after workout refreshments to the PAX and off they went….

A rousing group of 20 showed including FNG Khakis coming in on 2 wheels. YHC was inspired by McCants’ simplicity in his workout Monday (having read it rather than actually taken part). With that, the Pax moseyed over to the small parking lot for: 12xgood mornings, 12x mtn climbers, 12x merkens, 12x SFAS.

Mosey back to big lot and partner up. 1-2-3 would be the order of the day. 100 CDD’s, 200 Merkens, 300 Prisoner Squats as team. P1 takes off running, P1 starts on 10 of the exercise, upon completion, run to catch your partner and P2 completes 10 and so on. This led to many, many laps running..14 or so I think and took quite a bit of time. The merkens were for Ma Bell.

Find a rock as a partnership. Move over to small parking lot an pile rocks. Form a line of Pax shoulder to shoulder. Lean back with feet in the air. Pass rocks 1×1 down the line with feet in the air. Pile on end. 40 LBC’s oyo. Pass rocks back down the line again with feet in the air back to start. 25xlbc’s oyo.

COT and Prayers.

NM: great weather this morning. YHC has bitched all summer about hot and humid and the glorious return to cooler or even cold weather. Today was nice. As a humble gesture, YHC brought an old school soccer cooler type container full of cold, refreshing red Gatorade. Bags of chocolate chip granola bars were handed out as well. YHC may not be back in the fine graces of FOD leadership, but will continue to chip away at it. Good group this am and many newer faces.
