Under a supermoon with low hanging wisps of fog keeping us company, 8 Zoo PAX ran on a paved trail through the woods like a pack of wild animals. We were running east-west and the moon lined up perfectly on our path, no headlamps needed.

The Thang

We took off out of the parking lot at Honeycutt Park and did a fellowship run for 7/10 of a mile with a 75 yard sprint through the tunnel under 540. After turning around and going back through the tunnel we did one round of BTTW until YHC tipped over and called out recover.

Running back the way we came there are three hills which we ran 3x each doing one exercise at the bottom and two at the top for a total of 90 reps and a total distance of 3 miles.

  • When completed, find the six and run with him till the six is done
  • Celebrate finishing with Burpees x 5
