11 PAX gathered on a misty gloom for a “12” themed workout.  No FNGs so no disclaimers provided.  FNG arrived late (hence the original nickname Sundial) & lost his key during w/o ultimately giving him the Pop-A-Lock name.  12 theme consistent through w/o & corresponding text revealed during closing prayer:  Isaiah 26:12 Lord, you established peace for us, all that we have accomplished you have done for us.

Warmup:  12 SSH, 12 GM, 12 IW, 12 SSH & 12 Windmills

The Thang:   Run to Rock Pile at bottom of hill leading to soccer fields

12s:  1 sumo squat (double ct) at bottom of hill, 11 Imperial burpees at top, then 2 sumo squats at bottom, 10 Imperial burpees at top, etc, etc until end with 1 Imperial burpee at top.  Squat hold.

Rock Work:  12 curls, 12 OH press, 12 mountain climbers, repeat at rock to the right

12 squats, 12 tricep ext, 12 MCs, repeat at rock to the right.  Run to parking lot.

4 Corners:  12 merkins at corners 1 & 3, 12 MHs at corners 2 & 4.  Squat hold.

12 FMs, 12 DCs, 12 AHs, plank in variation to 12 counts rotated.  End of Rd 1

12 diamond merkins at corners 1&3, 12 lunges (double ct) at corners 2&4
