We warmed up at the town square, ran to the street by the tracks and did some stuff, hit the pocket park and did some more stuff and the ran back to the the street in front of the soon to be open bottle shop for some Jack Webbs.

It was a great work out and I know we were spent…but I have no idea of the details.

COT and YHC took us out.
