4 Pax at The Goat for a post-Tar Heel 10 sprint-a-thon. Here’s what we did:

Warm Up

  • 3 warm up laps
  • Hammy Stretch
  • Calf Stretch
  • Spooky’s favorite Stretch

The Thang

  • Pax paired up and ran 4, 400m sprints relay style
  • Recovery lap
  • Pax ran 2, 800m intervals with a kick in the last 200 for extra credit
  • Each pax then claimed an aisle in the stands and ran 10 stair sprints, fast up, mosey down
  • We closed with a speedy 1600m

Cool Down

  • 3 Pax took a cool down lap, Vandelay visited the John. No one else should go in that John for 35-40 minutes.
