The last day of summer was upon us, the days of cold fingers and toes will be here soon, but fartsacking is still not allowed in the F3Nation! 10 PAX, including 2 FNG, gathered in the cool morning air to begin another round of Agoge training.
Warmup:

Imperial Walkers x 20
Mountain Climbers x 20
Sir Fazio arm circles (forward/backward) x 10
Windmills x 10
Continue warmup with an Indian run around the Patterson Hall field, followed by bear-crawl Indian run over to the Balls2Walls wall.
Balls-2-wall, walk 5 “steps” to the right and hold x 5, then walk 5 “steps” to the left and hold x 5.
Peoples chair x 20
Balls-2-wall, walk 5 “steps” to the right and hold x 10, then walk 5 “steps” to the left and hold x 10.
Peoples chair x 25
Balls-2-wall, walk 5 “steps” to the right and hold x 10, then walk 5 “steps” to the left and hold x 10.
Peoples chair x 30
Mosey to field by Patterson Hall and partner up for wheel-barrows.
Partner 1 does wheel-barrow 25 yrs, switch and partner 2 does wheel-barrow for remaining 25 yards, both PAX do 10 partner derkins.
Repeato back to start and finish with 10 more partner derkins at end.
Mosey down to the soccer field for chariot races and other crowd pleasers.
Same partners as before, partner 1 puts bicycle inner tube around waist, partner 2 hangs on while partner 1 sprints 50 yards to center field line.
Flapjack back to goal line. Plank-o-rama after all PAX return (Putin, Sarkozy, Chillcut, Low)
Repeato
Give the PAX a rest and do traveling burpees for 50 yards to the center field line. YHC notices what appears to be a man down at the soccer goal and investigates while the PAX plank. PAX member OK, just trying to prevent the spilling of merlot… YHC calls for recovery and everyone does bear crawl back to join up with resting PAX member.
Repeat 2 more rounds of chariot races and plank-o-rama before heading back to the flag for some Mary.
