A cold morning for 19 PAX at The Falcon.  It went like this:

Run down to the track for an extra credit lap and circle up.

SSH x 20

Merkins x 10

WMH x 20

Merkins x 10

Squat x 20

Merkins x 10

BAC x 20

Merkins x 10

Windmill x 20

Merkins x 10

 

Run out the entrance to the bottom of the hill.  A Jacob’s ladder was next.  Run to the road for 1 burpee, run back down for 10 merkins.  Back up for 2 burpees, back down for 10 merkins.  We went up to 5 burpees.  The group then went to the tennis courts for bear crawls.  20 MCs followed by bear crawl to the corner for 16 MCs and made our way down to zero.  We headed for Mary and did LBCs, supermans, up/downs, and parker peters.
