We are going to take on the hills of NCMA tomorrow. Here’s the plan:
Partner up with similar size/speed PAX member.
– Jog to the top of the hill on the blue loop toward the bridge (over 440).
– Run down the hill-
– Run to the picture on the way down the hill, 10 burpees.
– Run to the bridge, 10 burpees.
– Run to the next bridge, 10 burpees.
– Run up the hill to the first picture, 10 burpees.
– Run to the top of the hill, 10 burpees.
– Run down the hill with 15 derkins per partner at the same stops.
– Backwards run the next set with 15 star jumps.
– Backwards run the next set with 15 LBCs.
– If time allows, run the blue loop home (toward Chong Li house) or straight back to the parking lot.
