PAX of 9 showed up this morning for some Dingo love on a Spring Break Good Friday. No FNGs. Things would start hard and end harder… at least that was the plan.
Warm-up
SSH x 20, IW x 15, Sir Fazio arm circles L/R x15 each, Mountain climbers x 20, Good mornings x 10.
Lap 1 – run to the top of the park entrance, back down the greenway, back up to the warm-up area. 5 stops, burpees x 5 at each stop. Plank until PAX done.
Lap 2 – burpees x 10 at each stop. Plank until PAX done.
Run down to the rock pile. Grab a rock… make it count.
Rock curl press x 10, tricep ext x 10, Bent over rows x 10… run the hill and back
Rock curl press x 15, tricep ext x 15, Bent over rows x 15… run the hill and back
Rock curl press x 20, tricep ext x 20, Bent over rows x 20.
Run back to the warm-up area.
Lt Dans – 1 squat, 2 lunges, 2 squats, 4 lunges, 3 squats, 6 lunges….. 10 squats, 20 lunges.
Mosey over to the picnic area.
Plank wall walk-ups x 10, donkey kicks x 10, decline peter parkers x 10.
Plank wall walk-ups x 12, donkey kicks x 12, decline peter parkers x 12…. done.
