COP: SSH X 25; Good morning X 15; Ski Abs X 20; Wind Mill X 15… enough of this nonsense…. let’s get to the reason we’re here at 5:45 this morning…

Jog over to Hyde Hill

Hyde Hill:

  • Round 1 – race up the hill; Merkins X 40; LBC X 40; jog to bottom plank
  • Round 2 – race backwards up the hill; Merkins X 30; LBC X 30; jog to bottom plank
  • Round 3 – bear crawl up the hill; Merkins X 20; LBC X 20; jog to bottom and plank
  • Round 4 – race up the hill; Merkins X 10; LBC X 10; job to bottom and plank

Indian run back to pavilion… grab a table

  • 20 jump-ups and 20 dips
  • 20 jump-ups and 20 dips

Jog to the tennis courts….

  • Wheel barrow to far end – Merkins X 10; switch; wheel barrow back; plank
  • Partner carry to far end – Merkins X 10; same partner carry back to start…. Partner switch and repeato
  • PAX split into 2 groups: Group 1- burpee broad jump down; standard broad jump back; Group 2 – balls to the wall; peoples chair…. switch and repeato……. followed by… Group 1- shuttle run (4 stops); Group 2 – Spiderman merkins….switch and repeato
