  • Bear crawl uphill 50 yards.  30 release pushups.  Bear crawl uphill 50 more yards
  • Downhill walking lunge 50 yards.  30 release pushups. Downhill walking lunge 50 more yards
  • 20 cadence LBC

Pullup & Squat ladder, teams of 3 or 4

  • Reps: 5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5.  1 person pulls up, 1 spotter, other(s) do squats.  Rotate
  • 20 oyo ww2’s

Back to the hill. 

  • Bear Crawl 100 yards uphill, walk down
  • Run backwards uphill 100 yards
  • Crawl bear downhill 50 yards
