19 (actually 20 but someone left early due to no partner – YHC’s bad, sorry) hearty solos kicked the Dueler in the teeth this morning. Here’s what went down:
-Ran the mile;
-Two rounds of wheelbarrows and three rounds of partner carry in the amphitheater; #crowdfavorite

-Nice crowd this morning and hopefully everyone got their money’s worth. The wheelbarrows and partner carries were tough.
-Red Card brings his brother (Two) and they smoke the field. That’s how Red Card rolls. Staking the deck. Good work. Good to have Two in the mix.
-Au Pair was back in the mix at The Judge after a break and I’m sure Whiteshoe enjoyed this partner selection during the amphitheater portion of the work-out.
-Good to see Munson and Money Hose at the Judge this morning. Wait, they didn’t show up. They love to talk about the second leg of the Five Points Triple but we rarely see them at The Judge. Next week…next week.
-YHC witnessed Solo crush the wheelbarrow! Good work this morning!
