With chief dawn patroller Jonathan Utah resting his hammies for the BRR tomorrow, YHC stepped in to try and steer this ship for a week.  At 0545, 18 pax set sail in an attempt, counter to Fungo’s advice, to boil the ocean.  And we did.

Group 1 does a super suicide while group 2 does an exercise AMRAP then flapjack.  Did this three times with these exercises:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Merkins

Mosey to Picnic Shelter

Declining Pyramids 20x-15x-10x-5x with the following exercises:

  • Right Leg Squat-Decline Merkin-Left Leg Squat-Incline Merkin

Mosey to Rockpile

Group 1 sprints up the hill and jogs all the way around the building while group 2 does an exercise AMRAP with a rock then flapjack.  Did this three times with these exercises:

  • Curl
  • Overhead Press
  • Tricep Extension

Mosey over to grass for Mary

  • LBC 25x
  • Dolly 25x
  • WW2 Situp 25x
  • Russian Hammer 25x
  • 6” leg hold – 7 count around
