- Right Leg Squat-Decline Merkin-Left Leg Squat-Incline Merkin
Mosey to Rockpile
Group 1 sprints up the hill and jogs all the way around the building while group 2 does an exercise AMRAP with a rock then flapjack. Did this three times with these exercises:
- Curl
- Overhead Press
- Tricep Extension
Mosey over to grass for Mary
- LBC 25x
- Dolly 25x
- WW2 Situp 25x
- Russian Hammer 25x
