10 aflacks right, 10 aflacks left, 10 right, 10 left

10 single right leg box jumps on rock ledge, 10 single left leg, 10 merkins, plank it out

go over to the baseballs (thats right Floyd… the baseballs) – 20 plank jacks on baseballs, 10 diamond merkins

– Welcome to Durham’s newest FNG, Big Love – we should probably be a little more lenient with the english language after a workout… but when you come out saying “my name is nick i married 3 children” instead of ” my name is nick, i’m married, and have 3 children”… you can see where we’d get a bit confused
– We will have a workout on Thanksgiving morning at Tobacco Road (Herndon Park) at 0600 – be there.
– Apparently its illegal in North Carolina to leave your children unattended… anyone with a legal background that can corroborate that?
