The Thang:
Mosey to the upper soccer field. Money Hose graciously leads the PAX in a round of side straddle hops while YHC places cones at 25 yard intervals on a 100+ yard soccer pitch. PAX descend to the frozen ground and soak in the wintry gloom. 6 rounds, 6 exercises, 6 repetitions at each cone. PAX plank until each member finishes the round, then return to the icy tundra and wait for the next exercise to be called:

- LBCs
- Diamond ‘Mericans
- Jump Lunges
