What a morning to work out. The temperature was a perfect 70 degrees. Let’s do this.

Start out with a nice 5 minute run ending up on the BBall court for some warm-ups

15 SSH, 10 long,slow good mornings, 15 Imperial Walkers 10 Hillbillies and 10 much needed arm slings.

Round one.

Run to the upper parking deck. start in a plank moving to your right plank walk 5 steps- on my count 5 merkins- roll over, on my count 5 LBC’s. Repeato 5 times to the end. and reverse to the left same thing. 50 Merkins 50 LBC’s. follow me!

Run down to the field and circle up in the nice wet grass.

10 LBC’s roll to a Plank and drop and give me 10 Merkins. again, again, again and again  Just another 50 LBC’s and 50 Mekins. No rest follow me!

Run to the field and line up. This side is mine, that side is yours. We run down to the end of the field(100 yards or more) on my count. 10 Merkins! run back to the other end starting with PAX 1 of 9 randorama 10 count (unless you’re Candlestick and only 20 will do) My recall was StarJumps, SSH, Squats, Homer to Marge, LBC’s. Kanye and Dial tone got cute and called Diamond Merkins and Burpees. Thanks for that!!!.  I called Merkins and ended with 10 more LBC’s and 10 more Merkins to get a nice even 100. No rest! follow me!

Run to the Rock Pile and pick up a Heavy.

I called out a number of what QIC thought the PAX could do. any PAX could up the bet and what ever number was even whispered QIC called it. started out with bench press 44, 22 WWII, 33 overhead press, 16 American hammers, and a whole lot of bent rows and a killer up and down press that everyone present knows what i’m talking about.

ditch the rocks and run down to the shelter. 200 Plus Merkins, 150 plus LBC’s. A Rock that I never want to see again! That’s all I have for you Gentlemen.
