Another great run at Umstead.  10 degrees warmer than last week, with a nice dose of humidity.  After the run we saw one of those nasty bugs known as a horse fly trying to take a bite out of sweaty men.

9 PAX showed up and tackled the hills.  We are all posting 4.5+ miles and finishing in <52 minutes now.
