Roll of the snake (Horse stance hold, slow and tense arm rolls, kinda hard to explain  😉

Indian run over to the hill for 11s (Mt Climbers at bottom, gorilla hops to top, Star jumps)

Mosey to BB court for Hook punch and half burpee pyramid up to 10 each side.

Football Shuffle. Call out random moves while shuffling (up/back, knee tucks, half burpee)

Partner Up:

Group 1; Both PAX sits in horse stance and alternate low block to mid block back to low block and switch arms.

Group 2: P1 Sits on ground with arm extended out to the sides.  P2 jumps over 1st arm, then legs, then 2nd arm of P2.

Group 3: Both PAX do 6″ holds on ground in a circular motion, over the each other’s feet.
