Naked Moleskin:
This was a simple workout, but my goal was to focus on our legs and arms. I hope the PAX gained something from it.

Moonshine was greatly missed this morning. He was supposed to Q, but started getting sick on Sunday, which was the reason YHC was the substitute Q. Several people noted his absence and at least one person threatened to leave when they learned that he wasn’t there.

As I shared at the end of the workout, one of my coworkers passed away at work on Friday.  In hindsight, there were some warning signs, but no one took the time to really talk to him about them.  So, keep an eye out for people around you. If you notice that someone drastically changes their routine, talk to them about it. Don’t assume that everything will be fine.
