The weather forecast was bleak. Potential snow and ice. Most probably had too much chocolate or wine for Valentine’s Day.  YHC showed up early to get the juices flowing and returned from running to find 4 Pax ready to rock and roll.  Here is what took place:

Warm Up:

  • Jog to playground and back to get loose
  • Side Straddle Hop x 25
  • Good Mornings x 15
  • Mountain Climbers x 20

The Thang: Dora 123 with concrete blocks

  • 100 Squats Combined Total (w/block overhead) while partner runs length of football field and back carrying block
  • 200 Tricep Extensions / partner run w/block
  • 300 Curls / partner run w/block
  • Finish with 20 “Block Merkins”
  • Arms were smoked but still had 10 minutes to kill before Mary, so we conducted a slow Indian Run (3 Laps) finished with a half lap sprint back to parking lot

  • Freddie Mercuries x 25 IC
  • Directly into Flutter Kicks x 25 IC

Moleskin:  Stark will be collecting any winter clothes, especially kids, for the homeless. Turn in to him when you can. Also, progress made on discussing “The Crawl” – South Wake’s CSAUP.  Obviously, you can’t run effectively after drinking so this will be ruck walk. Credit to Darby for taking the time to put together an excellent arrangement. Final plans coming to a gloomy parking lot near you.
